Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Facilities Management operational guidelines incorporating Policies, Standards, high-level processes, and implementation and compliance arrangements
• Work with the region teams and implement service level reporting with our partners that focuses on operational excellence Implement a global KPIs and SLA performance structure for FM services so that any issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Develop a proactive performance culture where all parties realise the benefit of continuous improvement.
• Establish a full programme of documented health & safety inspections, audits, and checks
• Establish a structured workplace performance programme throughout our campus buildings
• Manage and own the environmental and energy reporting for the campus buildings.
• Be an active member of our leadership team, building relationships and leading partnerships efforts across the globe, being a leader across the business

Requirements:

• A track record delivering Transformation Programmes and Portfolios
• A data-driven, commercial mindset, with experience taking a risk-based portfolio approach to investment and management
• Proficient in the use of delivery methods (Agile, Waterfall, Prince2)
• Experience partnering with Senior Partners
• Comfortable navigating organisational / geographical complexity
