Responsibilities:

• Developing dashboards for WPP’s key performance metrics
• Sourcing multiple datasets from internal and external stakeholders
• Auditing data and ensuring data quality
• Analysing datasets and preparing recommendations
• Preparing regular reports for WPP’s property portfolio activity
• Financial analysis for WPP’s property portfolio
• Ad-hoc reports for management and other internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Previous property / data / finance / accounting experience
• Understanding of property leases
• Experience in property software and reporting
• Ability to report on large amounts of data
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Tableau experience preferred
