Responsibilities:

Work closely with high-level stakeholders (including the CPO) to assess opportunities and help understand the value of changes, while ensuring prioritisation of tasks with the largest customer impact
Proactively use our data warehouse and infrastructure to gain a deep understanding across pillars; highlighting opportunities and demonstrating the value of our platform
Support data-driven decision-making to allow product teams to interpret data quickly, easily and accurately
Define and validate metrics to give insights and recommendations to the Product organisation, enabling a better service
Guide & mentor others, share your knowledge and skills with the wider team. While also further developing your skills through learning and training opportunitie

Requirements:

Ideally some experience with R or Python, Google BigQuery or Amazon Redshift, as well as some experience setting up experiments and analysing A/B tests
Some experience using Airflow, GitHub and Jira in a collaborative environment
Proactive self-starter who is curious about how to get the most from our data and who has the ability to confidently engage & influence their peers and stakeholders
Logical analytical problem solver with great attention to detail
Relevant work experience in an analytical role, ideally within a tech company or consultancy
Advanced SQL skills and data visualisation (ex. Tableau) are essential
