Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of Couriers with their day to day queries
• Empower your team to hit the city records and service level agreements to deliver results
• Work as one team to ensure we deliver an outstanding customer service
• Assist with scheduling and partner with Live Operations team to monitor Courier performance
• Be able to influence others and have tricky conversations
• Train and onboard new starters
• Check and issue equipment (e.g; e-bikes, scooters, locks and branded clothing)

Requirements:

• Able to adapt to a dynamic environment where priorities can change & new business challenges aris
• Flawless English (written & spoken)
• Ability to tackle any issues that arise and communicate them to the wider team
• A self-starter with a proactive, well-organised approach to your work
• Previous experience running and supporting a team within customer service, operations, logistics or hospitality
• We need you to be flexible – we work five different shifts from 06:00 to 01:30 five days a week
