Job Description

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible individual who is calm under pressure with good communication and people skills with regard to children. You will need to be a team player working closely with the driver transporting clients with an enhanced care requirement, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• The role involves working on a split shift to bring in children in of a morning and return them home in the afternoon from The Vale of Evesham School.
• A key task in this role is to physically assist clients as necessary to and from the vehicle and help them on and off the vehicle by means of step or the vehicle lift according to level of need.
• Candidates require the ability to undertake moderate physical activity sometimes in a confined space.
• A full package of training will be provided to support you in this specialist role of Passenger Assistant should you be successful.
