Responsibilities:

Leading by example, you’ll role model the wilko way of doing things and live and breathe our values and behaviours. Highly visible and hands-on, you’ll own your P&L and make sure that every team member understands the importance of sales and the part they can play in shaping a successful future for their store. Every week you’ll build customer loyalty and community engagement, achieving targets, KPIs and high operational standards.

A confident and charismatic leader, you’ll have a passion for retail and the knowledge and experience necessary to drive sales and profitability.
