Highly visible and hands-on, you’ll own your P&L and make sure that every team member understands the importance of sales and the part they can play in shaping a successful future for their store. Every week you’ll build customer loyalty and community engagement, achieving targets, KPIs and high operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Participating in the execution of major cross functional department change projects, liaising with key stakeholders including senior management across the business, whilst effectively supporting your team to ensure that that these are delivered on time, on cost and to the required standard.
• Supporting the delivery of the product and customer strategy and the creation of category specific trading plans including identification of trading opportunities and execution of strategic business plans against the agreed KPI’s.
• Ensuring completion of sales forecasting and strategy planning to drive company sales and maximise end to end profitability of products.
• Responsibility for total company sales and nett margin across accountable categories.
