This is a unique opportunity to play a key role landing and integrating corporate campaign strategy with local campaign execution. Working across the UK Digital Marketing team and in support of stakeholders in CMO integrated marketing community you will review, localise and adapt and create of campaign assets, media copy and websites to deliver an exceptional customer journey with the objective of driving high levels of engagement from our key customers.

Responsibilities:

• Using Clarity and Adobe Analytics to monitor how local sites are performing and provide recommendations to improve the UX with a focus on retirement, migration, and optimisation opportunities as part of a broader web auditing process with the agency team.
• Participating in quarterly web huddles with analytics team to provide context on web performance across local, localised, and corp. sites.
• Building relationships with the global web team to understand the roadmap for priority websites and localisation opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience in copywriting, editorial planning and content review and approval.
• Experience of using web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Clarity Heatmap to deliver content/customer journey optimisations.
• Understanding of paid media in support of content amplification planning
• Stakeholder management experience working within a v-team environment; building strategic partnerships, cross-group collaboration and acting as a trusted advisor
• Proven record of operational excellence with ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously, demonstrating resourcefulness in resolving issues, ability to prioritize, and detail orientation.
• Exceptional presentation, written communications, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Foundational understanding of enterprise technology trends such as digital transformation and cloud computing and/or Microsoft’s enterprise solutions.
