Position Title: Junior Project Manager

Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this is impact-orientated, energetic, self driven and able to communicate across all levels of the organization. This is a field-based role but with an opportunity to work with other global teams both field and corporate. Due to the global nature of the business, fluency in both German and English is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Build and implement scalable solutions to ensure qualitative returns grading
• Identify business opportunities and gaps in supply chain through analysis, process maps, identifying industry best practice
• Monitor and visualize key performance indicators and drive corrective actions
• Coordinate cross functional efforts between different departments, esp. Operations, Product and Engineering to roll out systems and process improvements of Returns through effective
• project management, communication and influence
• Deliver regular trainings on site to ensure consistency in performance and drive corrective actions
• Ad-hoc tasks and other duties as required

Requirements:

• Experience leading continuous improvement events
• Strong computer skills using G-suite products.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to problem solve and prioritize with little guidance
• Direct management experience for employees in a distribution or logistics environment is highly desirable
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
