Responsibilities:

• Using in house rules and CIFAS guidelines to make decisions
• Receiving and assessing inbound calls
• Looking after incoming responses to fraud checks
• Investigating unusual activity on our customer accounts
• Assessing and analysing potential fraudulent activity on both new applications and existing customer accounts
• Ensuring all investigations are compliant and thorough, to produce the right outcome
• Playing an active role in protecting both us and our customers, from fraudulent activity

Requirements:

• Naturally curious with the ability to spot anomalies and patterns.
• Great communication skills both verbally and written.
• Proficient with technology and able to easily work between multiple systems
• Experience within a Fraud role or an interest in fraud prevention would be a bonus!
• You will be able to multi-task, work to deadlines, be agile in your approach to work
• Confident decision-making skills whilst always being passionate about the customer outcome.
