Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Department of Politics and International Studies (POLIS) for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join as Postgraduate Course Administrator, with a special emphasis on the MPhil in Public Policy (MPP).

Responsibilities:

• In conjunction with Programme Director, the post holder will be in charge of all administrative elements from admissions to awards, clerking various committees as well as organising and running all course-related events,
• With excellent communication skills, the role-holder will deal with a wide range of people including applicants, staff, students and alumni, being the first point of call and central source of information by taking care of the day-to-day management of the programme.
• This is a great opportunity for an individual with comprehensive administrative experience to work on their own initiative and to innovate within a challenging and rewarding environment, managing a busy workload and excelling in role that requires exposure to both commercial and academic environments.
