Responsibilities:

• The position includes a high level of responsibility and accountability with managerial expectation as well as technical knowledge and skills.
• To manage risk in service delivery and lead on service delivery improvement initiatives.
• To clearly demonstrate organic revenue growth and implementation of the business plan in terms of the commercial building surveying offering
• To manage and undertake professional technical consultancy commissions including Technical Due Diligence, condition surveys etc.
• To ensure efficient financial control resulting in a cost effective service.
• To represent the company in a professional and diligent manner.

Requirements:

• Degree and MRICS qualified (minimum 5 years PQE)
• A clear thinking person demonstrating attention to detail who is well organised and can operate independently under a broad direction.
• Multi-discipline experience.
• A team player who can develop and maintain excellent relationships and gain the confidence of other professionals both within the Company and outside.
• A broad thinker who can take a global view and has an inherent ability to deliver successfully.
• Able to manage own tasks from inception through to completion.
• Pro-active approach.
• Able to maintain total confidentiality at all times.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
