Position Title: UK Technical Due Diligence Lead/Commission Manager

Responsibilities:
- The position includes a high level of responsibility and accountability with managerial expectation as well as technical knowledge and skills.
- To manage risk in service delivery and lead on service delivery improvement initiatives.
- To clearly demonstrate organic revenue growth and implementation of the business plan in terms of the commercial building surveying offering
- To manage and undertake professional technical consultancy commissions including Technical Due Diligence, condition surveys etc.
- To ensure efficient financial control resulting in a cost effective service.
- To represent the company in a professional and diligent manner.
Requirements:
- Degree and MRICS qualified (minimum 5 years PQE)
- A clear thinking person demonstrating attention to detail who is well organised and can operate independently under a broad direction.
- Multi-discipline experience.
- A team player who can develop and maintain excellent relationships and gain the confidence of other professionals both within the Company and outside.
- A broad thinker who can take a global view and has an inherent ability to deliver successfully.
- Able to manage own tasks from inception through to completion.
- Pro-active approach.
- Able to maintain total confidentiality at all times.
- Integrity and honesty.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
