Position Title: UK Media & Content Director

Job Description
The key focus of this role is leading and driving the media and content transformation for Mars Wrigley in the UK market. This requires the capability to design & deploy efficient media plans and content best practices for the market. This will be supported by a strong understanding of the local media landscape and drivers that help inform optimized on the ground planning and delivery. The role is responsible for owning our UK marketing investment budget ensuring we drive ROI and share/penetration growth. It requires significant internal and external stakeholder management, including managing our Mediacom relationship. The market is a key leader in our European & Global media networks.
Responsibilities:
- Education & Professional Qualifications: Business degree qualified or 8 years relevant experience in media or brand management roles.
- Knowledge / Expertise: Strong Media Technical Skills; Capable turning media & content investment into growth/ROI; Excellent Stakeholder Management; Able to create strong relationship internally and externally
Requirements:
- Lead collaboration with the Media agency
- Lead the ICP process and recommend annual Marketing Investment budget allocation.
- Lead collaboration with Regional & Global content & media stakeholders to ensure UK market needs met.
- Accountable for media performance, setting T&L agenda for UK and driving stakeholder support for investment plan.

Working as a member of a shift team, the primary role of an Operator is to demonstrate ownership and responsibility for a set of machines, pieces of equipment and/ or processes within their working area. This includes carrying out the routine operational tasks required to achieve area targets e.g. starting-up, shutting-down, monitoring, cleaning, and carrying out basic changeovers, minor repairs, routine checks and inspections, and the use of basic ancillary equipment and computer programs.
