Position Title: Admin Associate

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the HR lead for key UKRI-wide change programmes (including Future Workspace Programme; Ethics Programme: People and Culture Strategy Project) to build in effective change management practices and deliver change
- Engage stakeholders and lead the design and delivery of frameworks, projects and cross-UKRI approaches for Leadership, Learning and Development, Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), Wellbeing, Culture and Organisational Effectiveness
- Further enhance partnership working with the UKRI Trade Unions
- Raise the profile of the OD function and the service it can offer to the organisation
- Develop credible and trusted relationships with senior leaders across UKRI and constituent Councils, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust, and ensuring their access to high-quality consultancy, advice and guidance to support in delivering business strategy and plans
- Develop integrated and overarching strategies for Leadership, Learning and Development, Culture, EDI, wellbeing and engagement to enable leaders and managers in UKRI to develop talented people and create a diverse and inclusive culture
Requirements:
- Experience of leading equality, diversity and inclusion projects and plans to meet the requirements of the Public Sector Equality Duty (desirable)
- University degree/Post Graduate Masters degree in HR or Organisation Development or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Experience in complex public sector/government/large scale/unionised organisational setting (desirable)
- CIPD membership and/or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Experience of developing and implementing transformational change programmes
- Significant experience of leading and delivering integrated organisation development, culture, inclusion, wellbeing, leadership and learning initiatives during periods of significant change
