Position Title: Talent Acquisition Co’ordinator

Job Description:

Joining our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you’ll support two Talent Acquisition Specialists within our Customer Facing Talent Acquisition Team. Assisting with delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns, including Cabin Crew, Pilots and Retail. This role helps TUI to attract, engage and assess talented individuals, whilst providing an outstanding candidate experience that supports our employer brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Running reports in our ATS and volume assessment platform to update candidate status
  • Supporting candidates until their first day
  • Co-ordination of Interview and assessments scheduling with Hiring Managers/assessors, loading ‘slots’ to our ATS and driving candidate uptake
  • Deliver a smooth and timely recruitment experience for candidates as they pass through the recruitment process between our ATS and 3rd party platform
  • System savvy building great working knowledge of our recruitment system to support all aspects of campaign talent acquisition. Loading question banks, job requisitions and posting of vacancies, creating reports and trackers to support ‘campaign’ Talent Acquisition
  • Coordinate hiring and training of business support roles in preparation for campaign delivery
  • Processing offer contract requests
  • Updating our ATS and utilising it for candidate management
  • Support the production of branded assessment content aligned to campaign requirements,
  • Collation of data, internal/external insight, and monitoring competitor activity to support our drive for process improvement.
  • Supporting our high-volume recruitment (Cabin Crew and Retail) campaigns through the full recruitment lifecycle:
  • Creation of advertising, website and social media content that supports attraction
  • Conducting Right To Work (RTW) checks & other required documentation check where required

Requirements:

  • It’s all about collaboration – you’ll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the wider HR/Airline/Retail Functions
  • A clear understanding of how to manage confidential information and data
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own time effectively in a busy environment
  • Organised, pro-active, with strong attention to detail you’ll feel comfortable working, at times under you own initiative.
  • The ability to prioritise own workload, and adapt where necessary, to achieve deadlines
  • Talent acquisition administration/coordinator level experience would be great though its not essential
  • You’ll have experience of working in an administration role, ideally within a pervious HR or Talent Acquisition team and want to develop a career within Talent Acquisition
  • Ability to work well and collaborate effectively with people at all levels including candidates, HR colleagues and business stakeholders
  • Deliver a positive, customer-centric candidate experience indicative of the fact ‘candidates are customers’ that supports our employer brand
  • Delivers an exceptional candidate experience by communicating regularly and honestly throughout the recruitment process
