Job Description

We’re looking someone who is passionate about social content and creative. It’s an exciting time in the TSB marketing department as we bring our owned and social creative agency in house. We’re looking for someone who will work as part of the agency, supporting brand and marketing teams in the creation, design, development and delivery of optimal branded customer communications. They’ll be creating compelling and engaging customer driven content (specifically social) that will be delivered across multiple channels to support TSB’s brand and business objectives. As well as developing creative concepts and delivering copywriting that’s in line with the TSB brand identity, they’ll also be working collaboratively with the wider creative team to create, develop and deliver direct and channel marketing material.

Requirements:

• Have significant experience in creating engaging creative content for social platforms at either another brand or for an agency.
• They need to have a passion for, and good knowledge of all social channels and best media practices.
• And they’ll need an understanding of the strategy behind and role of broader communication channels.
