Position Title: Business Analyst

Job Description
As a Business Analystyou will report to Analysis and Design leads, aligned to specific portfolios and will operate to shape the best change propositions for a given need. These will range from large scale IT solutions to robotic solutions, customer journey changes to regulatory gap analysis and policy change. You will follow any solution that is approved to take design through initiation, design and build stage.
Expert communication skills are a must. Strong ability to problem solve, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously are all essential aspects of this role. We’re looking for a Business Analyst who puts the customer at the centre of everything they do and can demonstrate the end to end customer journey, impacts, benefits and risks in their solutions and proposals.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in requirements elicitation, documentation and traceability
- 2-3 years of Business Analysis experience
- An excellent communicator, able to talk to partners throughout TSB and development teams
- Professional Business Analysis qualifications desirable
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills
- Experience of Agile tooling (Jira/Confluence) is desirable
- Experience of working on digital projects is desirable
