Position Title: Finance Portfolio Planning Analyst

Job Description
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about Finance and has a track record of working in both Business and IT orientated programmes. The Finance Planning Portfolio Analyst is a key role in our EPMO Finance and Planning Team. We are responsible for providing financial support across the TSB Change Team. The EPMO Finance and Planning Team provides vital support to the portfolios and ensures we are adhering to all the guidelines. This will be an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of TSB and take your career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with stakeholders for invoice approvals
- Co-ordination and secretariat to Investment Committee
- Proven financial and/or PMO experience in UK financial services
- Small change financial tracking and MI
- Ownership of project profile and SOW/ purchase order process for Change Team and IT, including Purchase Order raising, tracking and associated billing
- Supplier Analysis and c o-ordination of planning processes
- Management of various shared mailboxes & p reparation of reporting packs for governance meetings
- Budget governance vs actuals and support the management of the Change BAU budget
- Excellent stakeholder management, planning and organisation and accuracy and attention to detail.
