Position Title: Wellbeing & Inclusion Manager

Job Description:
You will be responsible for developing and delivering the company’s Wellbeing & Inclusion agenda, ensuring it is aligned with the overall people and company strategy, and reinforcing Travelodge’s commitment to continue creating a culture that encourages and values wellbeing and inclusion at work.
Responsibilities:
- Keep up to date with external trends and areas of interest for different colleague groups in order to inform future plans.
- creating internal promotional campaigns for our diversity & inclusion calendar of events.
- Build a network of external contacts to identify best practices and share knowledge.
- Build and continuously develop your understanding of our colleagues within the business to help inform our current and future wellbeing and inclusion strategies.
- Work with the Training & Development team to create key training materials and content for line managers and ensure the material is kept up to date and relevant.
- using the annual gender pay gap results to identify key actions and targets for the forthcoming year and create a plan of how to achieve these.
- developing wellbeing initiatives to evolve “Better Me”, making it relevant to our workforce with links to strategic and operational initiatives.
- Build strong internal stakeholder relationships within key areas of the business in order to help drive the agenda and gain maximum engagement from our colleagues. Key stakeholders include the People Team, Operations and Regional Managers, and our maintenance and head office teams.
- facilitate listening groups with key colleague groups and feedback back at senior level with recommendations for action.
- Monitor completion and impact of training and evolve as needed.
- Work with the People Services Manager and Employee Relations Manager to identify trends that have an inclusion or wellbeing theme and create actions to address these.
- Use people data to assess, measure and track the success of key initiatives and provide regular updates at the People Team Management meeting.
Requirements:
- The ability to influence key stakeholders using relevant data to drive the agenda
- A proven ability to deliver an effective wellbeing & inclusion strategy
- Strong organisational and analytical skills to develop insights, drive decisions and measure impact
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
