Position Title: Talent Mobility Analyst

Job Description
The role plays a key function within Talent Mobility by acting as the Mars co-ordination point for individual talent mobility cross border moves using technical mobility expertise. The role is responsible for ensuring individual moves adhere to Talent Mobility policies and processes, as well as regulatory compliance aspects (such as tax and immigration). It does this through acting as processer of move package documentation, owning payroll set-up, governance and oversight for the suite of vendors appointed to manage the physical relocation process, and connecting stakeholders to ensure an efficient move process.
Responsibilities:
- Act as advisor to the business and P&O on the selection of the appropriate mobility product for individual cross border moves based on talent decision tree and how the move process fits together to enable seamless progression
- Ensure proper governance of move package and set-up based on appropriate expert advice and through production of move documentation, records, and payroll set-up instructions
- Ensure that high quality support is provided to Associates moving internationally, through acting as case manager leveraging vendor support and acting as escalation point on service issues and individual move complexities
- Play an essential co-ordination role between various stakeholders with varied areas of interest and actions related to cross border moves such as payroll, P&O business partners, line managers, transaction center’s and talent acquisition to ensure a joined up, timely, compliant move experience
Requirements:
- Strong functional knowledge of key mobility concepts likely gained from previous experience within function
- Experience of operating within defined process and policy
- Ability to act independently but whilst contributing as part of a wider team
- Excellent interpersonal skills to support with high levels of stakeholder management across a broad spectrum of related functions, customers and vendors
- Proven experience in navigating effectively through a de centralized organization
- Previous experience overseeing and managing vendors on individual cross border move cases
- Previous experience utilizing mobility management platforms such as Assignment Pro and HR database systems such as Service Now and Workday

Working as a member of a shift team, the primary role of an Operator is to demonstrate ownership and responsibility for a set of machines, pieces of equipment and/ or processes within their working area. This includes carrying out the routine operational tasks required to achieve area targets e.g. starting-up, shutting-down, monitoring, cleaning, and carrying out basic changeovers, minor repairs, routine checks and inspections, and the use of basic ancillary equipment and computer programs.
