Job Description

Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will provide a consultative and innovative recruitment service to the business. We are looking for a proactive an enthusiastic experienced Talent Business Partner who is passionate about attracting and growing top talent from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with managers to understand their hiring requirement and assist in proactive recruitment planning
• Create recruitment campaigns that ensures EMR attract excellent and diverse talent
• Design and continuously improve assessment methods
• Ensure a constant commitment to diversity and inclusion through your work
• Support in the delivery of the  recruitment and selection training course to managers
• Working with management teams on effective workforce planning
• Deliver assessment centres for large scale recruitment
• Completing system admin related to recruitment and offers

Requirements:

• Have previous experience in a recruitment business partner role.
• CIPD level 5 or above is desirable
• Significant experience in building a strong network and relationships with stakeholders with a  professional, approachable and friendly attitude
• Highly organised and with a keen eye for detail
• Have an understanding of key employment legislation
• High level of literacy, numeracy, accuracy and problem solving skills
