Job Description

As FC/ASW TP15 progresses through the Assessment Phase we need to consider the impact of integration on to various Platforms (namely Typhoon, Type 26 and Rafale). The candidate will be expected to act a Systems Domain Lead interfacing with MBDA Platform Integration engineers to manage the identification of relevant platform information and development of requirements & architecture to enable successful integration of TP15. There will also be opportunities to work with the Uk & FR Customer communities, Platform Design Authorities (BAES for Typhoon, Dassault for Rafale and Lockheed Martin for Mk41 on Type 26).

Responsibilities:

• As part of the Weapon System Readiness team there will also be opportunity to be contribute to other aspects that the team is responsible for delivering. Examples include development of Dependability Requirements, completion of Design Maturity assessments (and upkeep of the project process) and transition to DOORS Next Generation.
• Tools to be used in this role are predominantly DOORS, RTC/EWM and Rhapsody.

Requirements:

• Ability to turn Platform integration constraints into requirements
• Experience in use of DOORS (DOORS NG and RPE experience beneficial).
• Ideally familiar with Rhapsody, PLM & RTC.
