Job Description

You will be expected to work as part of a team and play a vital role within the different services in ensuring that all of the residents/service users are provided with the social, emotional and physical support required to meet their individual needs.
The relief contract within RST has various opportunities for Care staff, kitchen staff & domestic staff within our services.
Any work offered will be determined by the needs and demands of the services. Typical shift would include mornings, evenings & nights.
You will be paid at the current Grade/SCP for each role and service you are required to work in.
You shall either have or be prepared to work towards an QCF Level 2 in Care for the Residential care officer and other care related posts.

Responsibilities:

• Application form support (face to face, telephone or in virtual meetings online)
• Specific help on the personal statement
• A dedicated mentor to support you in the application process
