Position Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description
The Supply Chain Coordinator works as part of a dynamic team to plan and manage overall inventory and stock levels within our main third-party logistic partners to ensure customer orders are able to be fulfilled. This 1 year contract includes managing physical stock levels in different formats, conversion operations and various packaging elements in our warehouses.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures adequate stock levels in different formats to fulfil orders to customer warehouses
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be the expert in solving inventory issues and providing key analytical data and information
- Actively manage inventory reporting
- Track inventory performance (KPI targets vs actual) and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Project Management experience
- Planning systems functional knowledge
- High level of communication and customer service to build relationships and solve problems
About Mars
Working as a member of a shift team, the primary role of an Operator is to demonstrate ownership and responsibility for a set of machines, pieces of equipment and/ or processes within their working area. This includes carrying out the routine operational tasks required to achieve area targets e.g. starting-up, shutting-down, monitoring, cleaning, and carrying out basic changeovers, minor repairs, routine checks and inspections, and the use of basic ancillary equipment and computer programs.
