Position Title: Senior Finance Analyst

Job Description:
To provide financial information and analytical support to the Retail Operations team to enable them to deliver their company targets and business profitability
Responsibilities:
- Production and ownership of the Company’s Retail KPI Bonus model
- Ownership of all store variable cost lines and Retail non-payroll cost centres:
- Reporting of Store Operating Profit and related KPIs on a monthly basis to Group Finance
- Ownership of all Retail Finance Regular Reporting and Packs
- Ownership of new store reporting and Budgeting
- Finance Business Partner to Retail Ops teams, including specific responsibility for two Regions i.e. regional managers, area managers and their field support teams
- Provide financial analysis and support to investment decisions including business case preparation and presentations to the investment committee for Retail related contracts
- Support the Reporting Project Analyst with the development and launch of new automated Power BI reports
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills – essential
- Qualified accountant (CIMA or equivalent) – essential
- Experience working with non-Finance customers – essential
- Line Management Experience – desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to master technical skills quickly – essential
- Experience of using Power BI – highly desirable
- Experience of working within a Retail finance team – highly desirable
