Job Description

Provides timely and accurate end-of-day evaluations. Evaluations are used by banks, brokerage houses, insurance companies, and asset managers for client statements, research, risk analysis, and portfolio valuation. Analyzes collateral, prepayment speeds, waterfalls, and trading activity. Obtains quotes from trading desks, analyzing these quotes, and applying them to appropriate issues. Conducts quality control checks to insure pricing accuracy. Consults directly with customer contact. Handles most price challenges unless the customer strongly disagrees with the pricing levels. If the customer strongly disagrees, the price challenge would then be reviewed by the Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Manages complex, large-scale and/or high-risk projects that involve multiple senior internal and external stakeholders
• Leads the development of project charters, integrated project plans, resource and contingency plans, ensuring they are scoped and documented and that risk management processes are in place
• Partners with project sponsors/stakeholders to define project objectives, milestones and success criteria and develops status reports to update senior stakeholders on project progress
• Anticipates issues and delays and evaluates trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, risk etc. effectively assessing and resolving high-priority project risks
• Leads multiple workstreams and large project teams throughout the project lifecycle delivering results that meet the success parameters stated in the business case
• Manages the project budget request process and performs regular financial reviews, tracking and measuring financial performance and key metrics against plan and validating financial forecasts
• Ensures all projects adhere to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance and risk management.

Requirements:

• This can be either a People Manager or Individual Contributor role
• Degree or equivalent
• Project management qualification and post qualification experience
• Significant experience in project or programme management
• Significant people management experience.
