Responsibilities:

• Managing agency for delivery of social media activations (paid and organic) on Group channels, ensuring activity is optimised to achieve performance goals.
• Supporting the management and development of governance processes for social media.
• Support in an annual account review, to help ensure all the Bank’s social media accounts are providing a good return on investment.
• Managing new social media account requests to ensure they meet minimum Bank standards.
• Supporting broader strategic initiatives driven by the CoE and socialising with country teams to ensure awareness and alignment.
• Supporting the development of an engagement programme for brand awareness and campaign content for our social customer service agents to adopt
• Supporting social media newsroom activity, including using social listening to identify opportunities to tap into trending topics, conversations and advise on reputational risk management
• Working with content creators around the Bank and agency to source and plan content, advising on best practices to ensure content created is suited for the audience and channel.
• Using insights and best practice to inform campaign and BAU activations.
• Providing support for region & country teams on social media and content management.
• Providing training to help upskill our colleagues across the Bank in content development and planning, insights use, social listening, employee advocacy opportunities/best
• practices, and account management.
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with social media standards and processes.
• Optimise customer care responses for campaigns and brand awareness content, to help improve engagement with potential/existing clients and prospects via social media.
• Managing roadmap to improve the adoption and better utilise all the platform features of our publishing tool (Sprinklr).
• Managing social media templates – including development and improvements
• Helping to drive our test and learn roadmap and helping to drive innovation, including expanding our footprint to incorporate new paid media channels
• Supporting optimisation of senior management profiles on LinkedIn and reporting on performance.
• Day-to-day management of activity on the Bank’s Group social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram Twitter and YouTube.
