Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to provide training, guidance and support through remote and regular face to face interaction to Partners, Advisers, Partner Support Specialists and internal stakeholders on SJP business processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing rapport with Partner practices, developing trust, credibility and recognition as the national processing specialist.
• Through face to face 121 meetings, educate the Partnership on the benefits of high-quality business submission, enhancing skills and knowledge of the Partner practice to meet the required standard and identifying those who are submitting incomplete business into the administration centre using MI stats.
• Designing and delivering bespoke training on high quality submissions and designing and agreeing action plans for Partner Practices to meet the business objectives, recording actions on Salesforce
• As a subject matter expert, develop training materials to deliver on all processes relating to clean business submission on a national basis including but not limited to:
• PSS Forums – up to 100 attendees
• Drop in sessions/Location Surgeries
• EBS / iBusiness training
• E-Learning / Webinars on submission processes
• Workshops
• In house Training for FMT
• Jointly lead and operate the ‘BPS Mailbox’, using technical and specialist knowledge to resolve any pre-submission query using remote access to the Partners systems via ‘GoTo Meeting’ application to resolve queries if necessary.

Requirements:

• Ability to build strong relationships with Partners, PSS and Field Management team.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, strong questioning techniques and listening skills.
• A detailed and technical understanding of the SJP submission process through existing SJP or Partner experience and a wider knowledge of SJP / Admin systems or ability to undertake an intense learning programme to gain the knowledge required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and deliver solutions and influence change and a desire to drive improvement to the Partner and Client experience
• Competent with analysis of MI and delivering appropriate training and development to the Partner / Adviser / PSS
• Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and adapt to changing priorities, along with working well as part of a team
