Responsibilities:

• Confident, numerate, IT proficient and professional individual
• Enjoy using your initiative and has a can-do working style
• High degree of personal motivation and can manager your own workloads
• Ability to quickly become familiar with their IT systems
• Personable, presentable, punctual, and professional
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

Requirements:

• Writing to providers and collating the required ceding scheme information
• Tracking the progress of cases and keeping Advisers up to date
• Carrying out various CYC tests, Inheritance tax calculations, ESS tests, TFC calculations and GAR/GMP tests
• Writing fully compliant suitability letters
• The submission of all cases to St. James’s Place business assurance department and assisting them with any remedial work
• Closing the case with the required approval memo and supporting the team, your colleagues, and the company as required
