Job Description

The purpose of this job is to deliver the change management approach associated with achieving the Digital ambition of all Corporate Services functions in SSE. The role holder will be expected to support each function as required in a suitable change management approach and work at a higher level to impact the Digital culture of SSE Corporate Services, through excellent training and communications.

Responsibilities:

• The job holder will exploit every opportunity to deliver excellence through knowing the customer and their Digital ambition and how best to manage change in each corporate function.
• The outcome of this should be effective and positive engagement with all customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in business transformation and change management
• Can demonstrate leading the change management approach to enable Digital adoption across a large workforce including new Digital solutions and cultural change
• Strong stakeholder management across a diverse set of customer needs
• Manage training needs analysis and tailored training solutions for a broad range of stakeholders
• Develop and execute a comms plan to compliment a large programme of change
