Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a motivated and talented Engineering Student in our Safety & Mission Assurance department at our Brampton office. This is a 8 month minimum placement and up to 16 months starting in October 2022.Overall the successful candidate would be treated similar to a new graduate joining our company, where tasks will be assigned relative to the level of schooling and experience achieved to date.

Responsibilities:

• Programming metrics dashboards for Manufacturing, QA, and Procurement
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporting program engineering work and other engineering staff as required.
• Working closely with Engineering, Operations, Program Management, and other stakeholders on effectively collecting data and information to support corrective actions and provide report for closure.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should be working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Systems Design, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with at least two (2) years completed.
• Candidates must be willing to work on site in a variety of tasks, be self-driven, and have a strong ability to work both independently, and as a member of a team.Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills are essential to this position.
