Job Description

Fidelity is investing in its Enterprise Architecture team with the purpose to serve the needs of Fidelity by enabling the Business, Technology and Data Strategies to flourish and realise the targeted business opportunities and value.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of Fidelity’s technology estate
• Align innovation with strategy and business need
• Provide strategic thought-leadership for Fidelity
• Commission key strategy change and drive adoption.
• Ensure efficient use of change investment leading to maximum business value return
• Operate across technical, organisation and process challenges to drive design of enterprise solutions.
• Instigate and direct the regulatory and compliance engagement of Fidelity’s delivery teams, verifying success through governance checks
• Educate technology and business colleagues on solutions and technologies that are relevant for the defined strategies

Requirements:

• Skilled in the architecture, design and implementation of complex technology solutions
• Strong communication skills with different types and levels of stakeholders both internal and external.
• Effective leadership skills including negotiation, conflict resolution, influencing, bridge-building and political astuteness
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, collaboration and facilitation
• Ability to work with a range of stakeholders, from C-suite leadership to business analysts and technical architects in a global delivery model
• The ability to convey complex, abstract technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent and resourceful problem-solving skills, adaptable with a willingness to learn
