Position Title: HR Systems Administrator

Job Description:

You’ll take on a core role in the small team which looks after Skyscanner’s People Data and the tools and systems used to hold, maintain and distribute it, supporting and in time leading key pieces of work/projects aimed at improving how the HR function runs and supports the wider organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience of streamlining and automating manual processes to create efficiencies across the HR lifecycle using multiple technology solutions
• Understanding of the different functions within a HR team (e.g. recruitment, on/off boarding, business partnering/support, performance appraisal & management, reward & benefits, learning & development, payroll)
• Be able to communicate the technical changes/upgrades in an easy to understand manner to internal HR as well as the wider employee population
• Experience at admin/configuration level of Sage People (Formally Fairsail) specifically point and click configuration, workflow management, formula field.
• Curiosity, i.e. demonstrated passion for understanding the meaning & reasoning behind data patterns, or for how a system or process works and could be improved.
• System thinker, i.e. able to formulate, visualise and articulate both individual processes, and larger operating models or projects
• Track record of learning new stuff

Requirements:

• Experience at admin/configuration of other HRIS or similar systems (e.g. Workday, Salesforce)
• Experience of Greenhouse, Tableau, JIRA service desk
• Data literate, i.e. experienced and comfortable manipulating and analysing datasets and then presenting and articulating the findings from that
• Experience using MS Flow
• Experience with new system implementation including the scoping of requirements, testing and training system users
