Position Title: Receptionist

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties include answering incoming phone calls, greeting, assisting and/or directing visitors, Clients and Partners, ensuring they follow the correct signing in and out process.
  • Responsible for the upkeep for the reception area.
  • Responsible for booking and confirming meeting room booking.
  • Provide hospitality for refreshments for Client, Partners, SJP employees, events ect. Making sure meeting rooms are appropriately resourced before and after each meeting and maintaining hygiene standards.
  • Facilities management i.e. incoming and outgoing post, couriers, stock management.
  • General administrative tasks in support of the location and Operations team i.e ad-hoc diary management, supporting events and workshops, projects.
  • Distribution of internal communication to be completed where required including Facilities memos.
  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and minimal expenditure.
  • We provide a comprehensive induction, ongoing training, whilst working as part of our Area Support Team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally by employing a broad range of communication techniques.
  • Reception experience.
  • Strong administration skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Experience of management of multiple diaries and workshop/webinar planning.
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative as well as being able to work as part of the team, supporting team members where required.
  • Willingness to make own decisions on prioritising workload and taking responsibility for own tasks.
  • Responsibility for maintaining the image of the SJP brand.
  • Candidates who have a strong work ethic, can demonstrate a desire to succeed and be able to travel to our other Locations on occasions.
  • The desire to succeed and a focus on self-development
  • A can do attitude and a team player.
