Responsibilities:

• Lead our UX and digital design process to ensure that customer and design thinking is embedded in our planning and delivery processes
• Work closely with Product to plan and deliver our digital roadmap.
• Evolve and optimise the key journeys for our members.
• Embrace agile and lean delivery principles to ensure TGG can continually deliver value for our members and the business.
• Lead our UX and design process
• Work closely with our Trading, Commercial, Marketing, Format, Operations, Property, Finance and Technology teams to ensure our digital delivery complements and supports the overall business strategy
• Inspire your team and our organisation to think about our members and deliver the best experience.

Requirements:

• A highly accountable leader in technology, experienced in delivering change of broad sixing
• At least 5 years’ experience as a senior UX professional
• People leadership experience is a huge advantage.
• Highly collaborative and an excellent communicator
• Hands on, proactive and practical – we are a tight team where we focus on continuous improvement whilst not losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of UX process approaches, technology, and concepts. Able to pick the right tool for the job!
