Responsibilities:

• Form multi-disciplinary teams from around the business and be the champion of our products in all forums
• Develop effective product positioning, messaging, GTM strategies for our core products, considering factors like the value proposition, target audience and competitive landscape – both across new products and tried and tested ones
• Use data to develop meaningful insights that lead to inspiring creative briefs and unique consumer facing advertising propositions for our products
• Develop annual marketing plans for each of our core products using a mix of owned, earned and paid media and a multi-channel approach that uses both national and local tactics
• Oversee the creative development of compelling creative materials that land key messages that will drive acquisition and retention
• Challenge industry conventions, trailing new channels, partners, or messages to test & learn
• Lead product campaigns & product launches, including organising detailed plans, deliverables and timings, and driving alignment across multiple teams
• Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and tactics and continually scale and optimise
• Create standardised reporting metrics across our core products to report cross-functionally & to senior leadership

• Measure local product marketing efforts and improve our understanding of effectiveness of local and tactical channels
• Work cross-functionally to deliver product marketing campaigns in owned, paid and earned channels, at the local and national level
