Position Title: Senior Procurement Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage Procurement Academy learning and development curriculum and content, ensuring integration to the IHG Learning Platform (IHG University)
- Implement the Procurement Academy curriculum through individually leading training or working with internal / external parties to deliver agreed content, including ARIBA Project Lifecyle coaching
- Identify Procurement related capabilities and knowledge required by the wider IHG business, work with other departments/functions to ensure delivery of training and content
- In conjunction with line managers, manage Procurement employee on-boarding and off-boarding to ensure consistency and effective knowledge transfer
Requirements:
- Experience in coaching/training teams or change management
- Ability to sustain high impact, trusted relationships, with strong communication skills including public speaking
- Experience building presentations, process steps, turning complex information into simple concepts
- Strong ability to manage complex, large mid to long-term projects
- Ability to influence senior leadership and peers and effectively navigate across a matrix organisation, drive change and champion Procurement maturity agenda
- Sound decision making ability; comfortable making improvement recommendations
