Position Title: Senior Experiential Producer

Job Description
Bring your experience of producing live events and experiences to LEGO Agency’s in-house production team, where you will be subject matter expert and responsible for delivery of LEGO CON in 2023 by driving production companies and freelancers and supporting collaborators in achieving their vision!
Responsibilities:
- Engage Freelance talent (Producers, Scriptwriters, Presenters, AFOLs etc) and handles them to ensure LEGO CON 2023 is adequately and appropriately resourced
- Take ownership for the successful delivery of LEGO CON 2023 production
- Navigate collaborator map to ensure event objectives are prioritized and expectations are clear
- Partner with LEGO House on behalf of LEGO Agency to arrange hire, access and build schedule
- Own relationship with third-party suppliers, including running pitch processes and providing feedback and direction to existing partners
- Act as category and subject matter authority, willingly and pro-actively advising colleagues and project teams on their experiential and activation ambitions
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in producing live events, activations and experiences in a global setting
- Experience working at an Agency – external or in-house
- Extensive knowledge of supplier networks and practices in the event industry
- Decision-making at Senior or Executive Producer level, with a strong sense of when to involve the Head of Production
- Confidence in negotiating budgets and resolving partner conflict
- Comfortable travelling, sometimes at short notice, as part of event planning and delivery
- Strong teammate who wants to see others succeed
- High level of global cultural awareness, able to provide reference-points for colleagues new to this style of production
