Position Title: Senior Director ERP Centre of Excellence

Job Description
This role (reporting into the VP Operations, ERP, Finance, GBS, and M&A) is responsible for the day-to-day ‘run’ operations of these platforms, their active lifecycle management (maintenance, archiving, enhancement, upgrade and modernization), and build / development projects to augment and transform the core process and operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Technical – responsible for the support of the underlying software platform and supporting components including liaison with physical and Cloud infrastructure services provided by other IT teams. This team also manages the relationship with software vendors and is responsible for licensing. This team covers SAP, AX and other legacy platforms.
- SAP Commercial – responsible for the development, testing and where needed escalated support of the ‘commercial / supply chain’ instances of our SAP platforms, currently ECC6 but planned over the coming years (2023+) to migrate / re-implement to S4 HANA.
- SAP Manufacturing – responsible for the development, testing and where needed escalated support of the manufacturing instances of our SAP platforms, currently both R/3 and ECC6 but planned over the coming years (2022+) to migrate / re-implement to S4 HANA.
- AX Commercial – responsible for the development, testing and where needed escalated support of the ‘commercial / supply chain’ instances of our Microsoft ERP platforms, currently Axapta 2012 but planned over the coming years (2023+) to migrate / re-implement to Dynamics 365 ERP.
Requirements:
- Provide management direction and leadership regarding ERP solution planning, analysis, design, system development, testing, and maintenance and modification of the SAP system.
- Leading, building, and developing a team of IT Managers / Directors and individual contributors. Developing leadership skills within the team. Living the cultural qualities, we want to see in our teams.
- Leading the ERP delivery tracks and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and meeting business expectation.
- Managing ERP support and operations, ensure SLAs and various service and performance indicators are met. Responsible as a senior operational escalation point for ERP service performance issues and crisis management.
- Responsible for senior relationships with our key suppliers, running supplier performance reviews and acting as escalation point for performance issues
