Position Title: Senior Delivery Manager

Job Description:

You will lead on digital product development and iteration. You’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of cross-cutting, innovative product features and enhancements as part of the Electoral Integrity Programme, including the new online claims process and the Choose My PCC website (CMPCC).

Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to identify and deliver enhancements to both services.
• Identify and implement changes to improve the efficiency and performance of both services.
• Create, manage and update the product roadmaps on an on-going basis
• Support testing, piloting, go-live and on-going evaluation plans of new product features
• Ensure elector and local authority enquiries and other correspondence relevant to the elections claim process and CMPCC site are responded to in a timely manner.
• Ensure enhanced service support arrangements are effectively implemented in advance of major electoral registration events this will involve overall operational oversight of the CMPCC service.
• Able to deputise for the Digital Delivery Lead when required.

Requirements:

• Obtain advice and support from technical specialists, e.g. information assurance and security colleagues to ensure service meets appropriate technical and security standards.
• Support on risk management and contingency planning.
• Ensure appropriate operational documentation is in place and regularly reviewed.
• Ensure the accurate production of statistics and data for the elections claim process and the CMPCC site for relevant colleagues and partners as required.
