Additionally Woo’s creative agency works to connect consumer brands to our audience through innovative and inspiring programs.

Responsibilities:

• A foundational member of the Woo Agency team, managing end-to-end brand and client partner programs and relationships.
• Lead creation of pitch decks and creative propositions, working closely with Woo Head of Agency and wider teams
• Contribute to pitch processes, from initial outreach and conversation through to execution
• Maintain key relationships with clients and industry contacts
• Oversee execution of partner campaigns including content production, editorial output, event management, marketplace integrations – managing deliverables across the Woo medium design and marketplace teams
• Create marketing plans for Woo marketplace brand partners
• Manage budgets and timelines for client projects
• Work with media teams to ensure KPI tracking and product reports
• Contribute to building Woo reputation and brand through networking activities

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• A clear understanding of the brand and media agency world
• An existing database of current and relevant mid-high level contacts within brands and agencies across the UK
• Ability to create decks to with precision and attention to detail
• Clear presenting style – excellent verbal communication skills
