Responsibilities:

• Work with the Internal Communications Manager to deliver the communications plan from day to day communications through to delivering our business and people stories.
• Work with stakeholders and teams around the business to align on communications.
• Work closely with the Ops Communications and Employer Brand team.
• Lead campaigns and colleague communications from start to finish, taking accountability for effective delivery from end to end.
• Support the internal communications strategy, taking ownership to make sure messages are clear and simple for colleagues.
• Lead, create and build content for communications channels, including digital tools such as the intranet, email and video, as well as printed materials when required.
• Have ideas and provide recommendations for improvements to communications and channels.
• Act as the point of sign off and validation on communications to make sure they meet the right tone of voice and content requirements for our brand and culture.

Requirements:

• Experience in design or artworking – preferably InDesign and Photoshop – with demonstrable skills – desirable
• Resilient and adaptable to change.
• Experience in internal colleague communications, marketing communications or design for digital and print
• Excellent written and verbal skills with an ability to adapt to different audiences and channels.
• Meet deadlines in a fast past environment.
• Creative flair with great ideas and vision.
• Good planning skills.
• Experience using Microsoft SharePoint – desirable.
• Experience filming and video editing skills – desirable.
• Good attention to detail.
• Experience using Office tools (e.g. PowerPoint, excel, word etc.)
• Approachable person.
