An opportunity has arisen to join our expanding Salesforce team as a Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator within IT at Zurich. You will work on Agile projects alongside our business teams, solution architects and Salesforce Developers to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions, all while learning and growing your skillset.

Responsibilities:

• If you want to build applications, systems and processes that will transform Zurich, you could be part of a rapidly growing Salesforce team. You will be a “hands-on” Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator with experience in translating business needs into requirements, shaping and informing solution design and architecture, and building out Salesforce solutions using declarative development.

Requirements:

• Experienced in stakeholder management.
• Have Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and/or Salesforce Industries experience.
• Practical and hands-on experience configuring Salesforce.
• Great interpersonal skills, and good written and oral communication skills – being able to talk directly to customers to understand change and configuration requirements.
• Enjoy problem-solving and thinking logically.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively with the business to elicit requirements.
• Contribute to working in a diverse team with different backgrounds and skills.
• Take responsibility for a piece of work from start to finish.
