Position Title: Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities:
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders both internal and to facilitate ongoing servicing of this key client segment
- Assist sales managers in ensuring effective client meetings, by organising regular or adhoc fund update meetings with fund managers and investment directors, preparing materials for these meeting by working closely with the Investment Management teams and investment directors and delivering these to the account manager prior to meetings.
- Be pro-active in client engagement e.g., assist in confirmation calls for events, meeting confirmation and follow up
- Assist Key Account team with client queries, be second point of contact if sales manager not available and deliver all client requirements in an efficient and effective manner
- Provide sales support to the client activities being undertaken by Key Account Managers and other members of the sales team.
- Support the delivery of a range of client events across the regions
Requirements:
- Assist sales management in tracking and monitoring sales activity via proficient use of Salesforce and ensuring reporting on strategic campaign activity on a regular basis
- Co-ordinate sales MI and reporting to ensure effective management reporting of which produce accurate Sales and activity MI to the UK Wholesale channel in a timely manner
- Potentially assist Key Account Managers with diary management and room bookings.
- Provide effective levels of cross functional business support with other sales channels and business areas in FIL
- Assist in ensuring package/ event contracts have been signed off by relevant business stakeholders and are recorded and saved in the relevant area in accordance with internal protocols
