Responsibilities:

• A strong understanding of the key principles of colleague experience, with knowledge of the external environment
• Experience of developing and delivering colleague experience activities, content, and events in a large organisation
• Ability to engage others with credibility by building great relationships
• Has sound judgement and can balance business needs, colleague needs and external stakeholders
• Highly organised and efficient, being able to focus and complete tasks end to end, whilst being flexible to respond to change and conflicting demands
• Ability to simplify, interpret and analyse complex information and data to deliver clear and concise verbal and written insights & communications
• A good understanding of colleague experience best practice and able to include this in planning, considerations and identifying priorities
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel, with experience of project management
