Job Description

The Rolls-Royce Submarines business is looking for multiple Continuous Improvement Professionals / Change Agents to join our new Service Improvement team. These roles will play a part in delivering a portfolio of change/improvement projects that will help us to deliver on 2 of our strategic aims – eliminating waste and seizing our future opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering change projects that will help drive our business and help us evolve
• Utilising lean six sigma and agile improvement methodologies to deliver effective change (e.g. Green Belt, PELA, 8D, 3C, VSM and Scrum)
• Helping fix business processes that create waste and reduce efficiency
• Leading our stakeholders and employees on a change journey

Requirements:
