Responsibilities:

• As a Researcher you will be responsible for a wide variety of lab and consumer focused test methods, including preparation of product, test coordination and working closely with managers/coaches to meet the business need.
• You will be expected to run research, talking and engaging with real consumers about real experiences, then communicate results and observations to your team and manager, documenting and compiling data from a range of experiments for review and interpretation.
• The team will look to you to identify and communicate any unexpected results, whether to identify issues or to unlock innovation.
• You will build a strong, fundamental understanding of what factors influence and impact our consumer’s response to the products and prototypes they use every day.

Requirements:

• Well organised with good time-management skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an aptitude for quality technical writing. Proficiency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills – must be able to effectively interact with a diverse group of people from different functions, of different nationalities and at different levels within the company.
• BSc or BTEC preferred but not required.
