Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Strategic Propositions team who are responsible for shaping Quilter’s future to enhance its platform and multi-asset solutions.The Strategic Proposition Manager is responsible for leading analysis into macro trends, competitor strategies, customer behaviours and technological advancements to help build Quilter’s longer-term view of the markets in which it operates and successful propositional strategies for these markets.

Responsibilities:

• You are required to have a familiarity with Change/IT/Customer Service/Risk/Finance functions, financial advisers, UK regulations the FCA and 3rd party technology service providers.
• You must be able to demonstrate experience of analysis and insights, proposition design and development and the drafting and preparation of business cases.
• To be successful in the role, you will be able to think strategically, and possess entrepreneurial skills and have the willing to challenge convention.
