Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of marketers that creates and manages marketing campaigns and gets involved in wider Quilter work, such as projects.

Responsibilities:

• You will take business needs and objectives and overlay your expertise to find marketing solutions to these.
• With support from your Manager, you will be prioritising your workload through consultation with a range of business stakeholders, to manage demand and ensure we focus on highest value marketing activities.
• Where necessary, you may need to represent Marketing on Excos and Forums, to ensure marketing activities support individual business needs.\
• Where required, represent Marketing on Project working groups to ensure marketing requirements are understood, documented and sufficient marketing resource is available.
• You will be focused on continuous improvement by measuring effectiveness of activities and adopting a test, learn and refine approach.
• You will help to identify and realise cost savings and efficiencies.
• You’ll be incorporating behavioural science principles into your work, and this will include engaging Cowry Consulting where appropriate.

Requirements:

• A good knowledge of the financial planning, tax wrappers and investments is important in this role, as you’ll need to interact with and interpret the views of a range of specialists with expert technical knowledge.
