We have created a new position for a Protection Specialist to join our growing team and help Zurich bring its ambitions to life.

Joining the Intermediary Protection team, you will add valuable outside-in experience and create and deliver engaging sales campaigns tailored to strategic partners and key accounts.

This role will be homebased, with frequent travel throughout the northern England as you look to create strong relationships with our some of our important panel of customers.

This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver strategic plans and initiatives with a panel of strategic partners and key firms that will drive growth of profitable new business
• Lead and drive through successful growth plans and projects by being project sponsor
• Support the delivery of DQM objectives by supporting the DQM team with distribution partners in identifying and delivering actionable outcomes and quality improvement goals where needed

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the protection market
• Ability to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and analytical skills to optimise account management
• High impact and confident presenter
• Have experience of or demonstrate an aptitude for commercial acumen and distribution risk management
• Ability to work across the distribution team and internal stakeholders to successfully engage and drive outcomes from different business units to achieve business goals
• Experience of or demonstrate an aptitude for commercial acumen and distribution risk management to ensure profitable and high-quality new business growth
